Membership
To become a member you must first be eligible in one of the following areas:

  • Be a resident of, work in, or be paid from Leavenworth County and its surrounding counties to include Atchison, Jefferson, Douglas, Johnson, and Wyandotte Counties.
  • Be an active or retired member of the Armed Forces assigned to or residing within a 100 mile radius of Fort Leavenworth
  • Be a Federal Civil Service personnel member (current or retired) residing within a 100 mile radius of Fort Leavenworth
  • Be a member of any organization listed in our Field of Membership; or be a family member of any eligible individual listed above. 

A Full Service Financial Institution

Your membership allows you to take advantage of a complete line of financial services ranging from Share Draft (checking) Accounts to our Internet and Audio Tellers, ATM card, and VISA card.

Member accounts are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration, a Federal Government Agency. Frontier Community Credit Union is an Equal Housing Lender.

Become a Member

If you are eligible to join our Credit Union all it takes to become a member is to deposit a minimum of $25.00 into a Share (Savings) Account. Your savings are deposits in a Share (Savings) Account, your initial deposit of $25.00 makes you a Shareholder, and your membership allows you to take advantage of a complete line of financial services. 

As a member of Frontier Community Credit Union -- never a customer -- you actually own a share of the Credit Union.
